Progress
So the pictures below illustrate more progress on the deconstruction of the house. We still don't have any sense of when the rebuilding will actually take place. It feels a little out of control. I thought we would be more involved.
On the downside, we are still working on the p and p list. It is over halfway done...maybe even 75% done, but it is still a painful process- and time consuming.

BTW -- you didn't have to burn your house down to remodel, but that's definitely the way to go if you like slow torture.
I hope your next pictures will be of CONstruction, not DEstruction, though I'm sure struction of any kind beats haggling with insurance companies while nothing at all happens.
What's the target date for completion?

We still don't have a target date. Orginally it was December, but I have no idea if we are still on track for that.
I do hear that a deck will be going in soon though!
